Questco Names Heather Gould as Chief Growth Officer. What does it mean for growing businesses?
Questco has a new Chief Growth Officer. For the past several years, we've been growing past our roots as a regional Texas PEO and into a national one, and our goal has always been to do that without losing what makes us different: large enough to provide our clients with the best resources and the best benefits, but personal enough that you're still known by name.
As of today, Heather Gould succeeds Jason Randall as our Chief Growth Officer, with Jason stepping into a new chapter as a Strategic Advisor. Heather's job is to continue Jason's work and ensure Questco's growth leads to a better experience for our clients—both present and future.
Who is Heather Gould, and what does she bring to Questco?
Heather joins us with more than 15 years in the PEO industry, most recently as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Growth and Transformation at Resourcing Edge. Before that, she led as the Chief Strategy Officer at BBSI.
She's spent her career scaling PEOs specifically, which means she already understands how a PEO's growth affects the HR and payroll experience for companies your size.
