Being included in PEO Insider is meaningful in its own right, but this article reflects something bigger for Questco. It demonstrates how we’ve always worked: starting with real client problems, listening to the people who handle them every day, and building practical solutions that make their work easier and the client experience smoother.

For more than three decades, Questco has helped businesses cut through the administrative work that slows them down. Payroll, benefits, HR support—whatever the task, our teams have carried the load so clients can keep their operations moving. That mindset led directly to the project highlighted in the article.

During open enrollment, our benefits specialists often spend long periods reviewing documents to answer important questions. The work matters, but it eats up time. Instead of adding more temporary staff or asking people to work even harder, we took a different approach and asked a simple question:

How can we make this process faster and less frustrating?

That question sparked the creation of Beth, an AI tool designed to find the right information quickly. The article walks through how we built her in 90 days—cleaning and organizing data, developing the tool with input from the benefits team, and rolling it out carefully so people could test it and offer feedback along the way.

Beth helps with the search work, but the heart of the story is the team behind her. Their experience shaped every decision. Their suggestions guided each round of refinements. Their focus on accuracy and service made this project worth sharing beyond Questco.

What matters most is the impact on the people who serve our clients. They now spend less time shuffling through documents and more time having conversations, solving problems, and supporting the employers and employees who count on them.
