1. How would you describe what you get paid to do, without saying your job title?

I help build trusted relationships with our Questco clients to ensure they have success.

2. What 3 words would your clients or colleagues use to describe you?

Professional, Prompt and Accurate

3. What is your favorite part about your job?

Providing prompt and accurate service to clients

4. What part of the Questco culture or core values do you love most?

The focus on client satisfaction and consistently delivering exceptional experiences, the teamwork, and how we all have fun working together.

5. What tips would you give to a company who is new to using a PEO or outsourced HR solutions?

Take advantage of all a PEO has to offer. Form solid working relationships with your payroll processor, benefits, HR and Workers comp managers.

6. Are you an extrovert or introvert?

Extrovert, although I am not the loudest talker in the room. But when interfacing with vendors and clients, I enjoy taking the lead on the conversation in order to effectively understand their needs so Questco can determine the solution.

7. What is one thing you could never live without?

My family

8. When you’re not at work, what are you doing?

Being a mom to Beckett (6) and wife to Shaun. Spending time with friends and family, traveling, shopping, catching up on celebrity gossip and watching reality tv

9 Name one fun/odd fact about yourself?

My high school graduating class had 29 students (19 boys and 10 girls)

10. When you were a child, what was your dream job?

Being a farmer’s wife (I grew up in rural Iowa)
